Recognising and Rewarding Positive HSE Contribution
Awards scheme to recognise and reward individuals or teams who have demonstrated a significant contribution to the HSE performance including – safety excellence, best practice, people, beyond zero and sustainability.
Cracked It Scheme provides a mechanism for recognising and rewarding the safe delivery of a project, with a donation to a local charity. Performance is split into 28 day periods, and personnel at the location are kept up to date with progress towards the goal by means of a visible display.
Business Newsletter: The newsletter communicates business and HSE issues and performance with a view to engaging personnel and encouraging local ownership of issues.
